Councilmember Debbie Montgomery's 2003 platform included bringing 1,000 jobs in 4 years, she has exceeded that forecast by bringing over 1,000 jobs in three years. That's almost a job per day since being sworn to the Saint Paul City Council, including hundreds of living wage jobs.
